Funeral services for Alice M. Burney, 57, of 150 Ontario Road, Niels, are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday at Pifer-Smith Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Miller, of First Missionary Church in Niles, officiating.
Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery.
Burney died at approximately 7 p.m. Wednesday at home.
Born April 15, 1936, in Oil City, Pa., she had been a resident of the area for 14 years, coming from Los Angeles.
On Nov. 11, 1978, in Niles, she married Billy Wayne Burney, who survives.
She was a salesperson for Mary Kay cosmetics for three years. She was a member of First Missionary Church.
Survivors include a step-daughter, Donna Lee Burney of LaPorte, Ind. and two grandsons, Robert Wayne Burney and Nicholas James Burney, both of LaPorte.
