Harold Cross, 55, of 645 North 11th Street, died at 7:10 p.m., Wednesday in Pawating Hospital.
Mr. Cross, who just a month ago retired from National -Standard Company here, was born Sept. 27, 1902, in Detroit and moved to this community in 1919 from Michigan City, Ind.
Surviving are: his wife, Helen; his mother, Mrs. Nettie Updike, of Niles; a son, Norman Cross, of Midland, Mich.; two grandchildren, and a brother, Ralph Cross, of Niles.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Pifer Funeral Home, with the Rev. Herbert Meussling, pastor of St. John's Evangelical Reformed Church, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
