Long Illness Fatal To T.W. Hamilton, 80

 

            Theodore Wilber Hamilton, 80, of 116 Huron street, died at 10:45 o'clock this morning at his home.  Mr. Hamilton, had been seriously ill for the past three weeks.

            Born in Burlington, Ia., Aug. 12, 1856, he had lived in Niles and this vicinity for the past 28 years.  He was a retired painting contractor.

            He is survived by three daughters, Helen and Mable, at home and Mrs. Vern Hinkle, Niles; two sons, Phil, Berrien Springs and Charles, Elizabethton, Tenn.; also one brother Fred of South Bend.

            Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Turner and Pifer chapel by the Rev. James Goodman.  Burial will be in Silverbrook ceretery[sic]. Friends may call at the funeral home.

Niles News In Brief: HAMILTON RITES HELD

            Final rites for Theordore Wilbert Hamilton, 80, who died at his home, 118 Huron street, Saturday morning , were conducted at 2 o’clock this afternoon at the Turner and Pifer chapel by the Rev. James Goodman.  Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.  Walter Sutton, Howard Pugh, W.S. Hinkle, Edward Dreher, George Mong and George Meyers served as pallbearers.
