Frank F. Lintz Jr.

Frank F. Lintz Jr., son of Brenda Treiber and Frank F. Lintz Sr. of 1819 N. Fifth St., Niles, died at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 1994, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, three hours and 50 minutes after his birth. Other survivors are his grandparents, Rose Ann and Jackie McCord, Russell Treiber, Mary Treiber and Rick Smith, all of Niles, and Frank Fife of West Virginia; and great-grandparents, Patricia and Jess Ditson of Wisconsin, Pearl McBain of Niles and Elizabeth Underwood of Kentucky.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Halbritter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Frank C. Lintz
Aug. 3, 1891-April 16, 1968
Frank C. Lintz, route one, Cassopolis, died in his home Tuesday following an extended illness.
A lifelong are resident, Mr. Lintz was born in Porter Township on Aug. 3, 1891. He was a farmer and carpenter. His wife, Mildred Lawson, died in 1966.
He is survived by four sons, Everett, Earl, Frank Jr. and Charles, all of Niles; six daughters, Mrs. Jessie McIntrye, Mrs. Helen Frantz, Mrs. Alice Hargreaves and Mrs. Mildred Orrick, all of Niles, Mrs. Ruth Miller of Blue Ridge, Ga., and Mrs. Mary Bybee of Bitely; a sister, Mrs. Emory Lawson of Dowagiac; 65 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Connelly Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ralph Pletcher, pastor of the Coulter’s Chapel Church, Niles, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday.

Everett Lintz

Funeral services for Everett Lintz, 56, of Zike[sic] Street, Niles, will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, at Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles. Rev. David D. DeVoll of Coulter's Chapel of God will officiate.
Lintz died at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Lakeland Hospital, Niles, unexpectedly, but of natural causes.
He was born on Feb. 2, 1948, in Niles to Everett Emery Lintz and Marion R. McBain, he lived in Niles all of his life.
He was currently employed by Jim Bennett Excavating.
He was proud of having worked on the Old Rugged Cross project.
He enjoyed NASCAR Automobile racing and participated with racing teams at South Bend Motor Speedway. He had an extensive collection of scale model cars and Pepsi memorabilia and was a fan of the University of Michigan.
On Sept. 5, 1987, in Niles, he married the former Dawn Marie (Ward) Lintz, who survives.
He is also survived by a son, Everett Lintz II of NIles; a daughter, Sally Lintz of Niles; six sisters: Sally Lintz, Roseann McCord, Marsha Medic, and Martha Lintz, all of Niles, Kathleen Russell of Buchanan, and Margaret Hough of Palm Bay, Fla.; five brothers: Laryy Lintz of South Bend, Ind., Roger Lintz of Niles, Thomas Lintz of south Bend, Ind., Robert Lintz of Buchanan,and James Lintz of Florida; several aunts uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Lintz.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 pm. Thursday at the Funeral home.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles.

Everett E. Lintz, 56, of Zilke Street, Niles, died Tuesday (Nov. 2, 2004) in Lakeland Medical Center of Natural Causes. He was born Feb. 2, 1948. Survivors include his wife, Dawn M. (Ward); a daughter, Tracy Berry of Niles; a son, Everett II of Niles; six sisters, Sally Lintz, Roseann McCord, Marsha Medica and Martha Lintz, all of Niles, Kathleen Russell of Buchanan and Margaret Hough of Palm Bay, Fla.; and five brothers, Larry and Thomas, both of South Bend, Roger of Niles, Robert of Buchanan and James of Florida. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Halbritter Funeral Home where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Earl L. Lintz, 58, of Cassopolis, died Jan. 8, 1972 in South Bend. He was born June 25, 1913, Cassopolis. Survivors include his wife, Florence Hargraves; sons, James, Danny, Dennis, Earl jr., Scott, Chris, Charles, Clayton and Clinton; daughters, Earlene Sever, Mildred Daveis, Florence Jones, Nancy Onken and Debra Lintz; brothers, Everett, Otis and Charles; sisters, Mrs. Clyde Frantz, Mrs. John McIntyre, Alice McIntyre, Mary Bybee and Mrs. Frank Miller. Pifer Funeral Home, Niles, is handling arrangements. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.

Dennis L. Lintz Sr., 53, of 59733 Decatur Road, Cassopolis, died Tuesday in Lee Memorial Hospital, Dowagiac, of natural causes. Survivors include his wife, Sharon (Jackson); three daughters, Sonya Davies and Crystal Franks, both of Cassopolis, and Nicole Lintz of Vandalia; two sons, Bryan of Cassopolis and Dennis Jr. of Fort Mills, SC; five sisters, Earlene Sever, Florence Joanis, Nancy Onken and Mildred Davis, all of Niles, and Debra Trussell of Dowagiac; and four brothers, Jim of Niles, Earl and Danny, both Buchanan, and Scott of Dallas. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Pifer-Smith funeral home, Niles, where friends may call two hours before services.

Lintz died suddenly, but of natural causes, Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 3:34 p.m. at Lakeland Medical Center in Niles.
Lintz was born March 18, 1933 in Niles to Frank Lintz and Mildred Lawson. He was a life-long resident of Niles. He retired from Simplicity Pattern Company in 1998 after 33 years of employment.
Survivors include: two daughters, Pam K. (and Steve) Brigham and robin (C. J.) Lintz, both of Niles;two sons, Randy D. and Charles E. (and Tricia) Lintz, Jr., both of Niles; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Bybee of Niles and his dog, “Buster.”
He was preceded in death by five sisters, Jessie McIntire, Alice Hargeaves, who died May 7, 1989, Mildred Orrick, Helen Frantz, who died Jan. 13, 1994 and Ruth Lintz, and three brothers, Earl Lintz, Everett Lintz, who died March 2, 1988, and Otis F. Lintz, Sr., who died Sept 27, 1999.
Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
