Services for Francis D. ''Frank'' Low, 80, of 730 Colony Court, Niles, who died at 3:54 p.m. Thursday Oct. 20, 1994, in his home after an illness, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Halbritter Funeral Home. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Foundation of First Presbyterian Church, Niles, or Hospice at Home.
Mr. Low retired from Simplicity Pattern as maintenance supervisor in 1978, after 32 years. He was born Oct. 19, 1914, in Culver, and was a lifelong area resident. On July 18, 1936, in Niles, he married Vivian A. Grafford. She survives, with two sons, Terry of Sunrise, Fla., and Gary of Niles; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was a member of American Association of Retired Persons, Pawating Hospital Auxiliary and Simplicity Retirement Club.
