Edna Tuttle

Mrs. Edna Tuttle, 82, 2481 Yankee St., died Saturday in the Providential House East Lansing where she had been a patient for a year.
Mrs. Tuttle was born Feb. 22, 1886, in Three Oaks, Mich., and came to Niles from Dowagiac 55 years ago. She was married to the late Charles Tuttle who died April 25, 1956. Mrs. Tuttle was a past matron and past president of the O.E.S. of Berrien County.
She is survived by three daughters Mrs. John Forler of Niles, Mrs. William Crum of South Bend and Mrs. M.R. Taylor of Williamston, Mich., a sister, Mrs. O.M. Hayden of Modesto, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Pifer Funeral Home with Rev. John Wyngarden of the First Presbyterian Church officiating.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
