FRANK MILLER, 53, MACHINIST, DIES

Frank J. Miller, 53, of 316 South State street, for 35 years a machinist at the French Paper company, died suddenly Monday afternoon at 5 in his home.

Miller was born in St. Joseph county, Indiana, Nov. 16, 1890, and had lived in Niles virtually all his life. He started working at the French Paper company when he was 15. He was married in Niles, May 31, 1912, to Clara Anderson. Surviving besides the widow, are his mother, Mrs. Clara Miller, Niles; three daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Boyce, Niles; Mrs. Lyle Bachman, Route 4, South Bend, and Mrs. Beauford Richey, Twelve Mile, Ind.; four sons, Francis W., Richard and Frank Miller, Jr., all of Niles, and Technical Sergeant Paul Miller, Tonapah, Nev.; a sister, Mrs. Glen Blake, Jackson, and a brother, Ray Miller, Jonesville.

Friends may call at the Price and Kiger funeral home.

Funeral services will be conducted there Thursday afternoon at 2 by the Rev. O.H Gerstenkorn. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.

MILLER SERVICES

Services for Frank J. Miller, 53, of 316 South State street, were conducted this afternoon at 2 at the Price and Kiger funeral chapel by the Rev. O.H. Gerstenkorn.  Burial was in Silverbrook cemetery.  Miller died in his home Monday. Pallbearers were Peter Mark, Edward Larson, Ward Calligan, Clifford Strong, Oscar Johnson and Edward Holmes.
