Mrs. Helen L. Stanton, 50, of 2806 Detroit Road, died at 6:45 a.m. Thursday in Billings Hospital, Chicago, where she had been for eight days. Mrs. Stanton Had been ill two months.
Mrs. Stanton was born Oct. 12, 1912 in Calvin Township. She came to Niles from California 18 years ago.
Surviving are her husband, Edward; her mother, Mrs. Mary R. Ash, Niles; and her daughter, Alice Mary Stanton, Niles.
Funeral services will be at the Trinity Episcopal Church at 10 a.m Saturday. The Rev. John G. Carlton, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
