Linda Pat Medina, 41, 2343 West Hirsch, Chicago, died at 5:53 p.m. Monday on arrival at Northwestern Hospital, Chicago.
Born March 12, 1943, in Knoxvile, Tenn., she lived here since 1974, coming from Niles.
Surviving are seven sons, Richard, Jose and Israel Medina, all of Chicago; Dan Perry of Niles, and Timothy, Tony and Walter Perry, all of Knoxville; two daughters, Michelle and Yolanda Medina, both of Chicago; two brothers, Daniel S. Brooks and John Davis, both of Niles; and a sister, Mrs. Maxine Brown, of Knoxville.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Halbritter Funeral Home with Rev. Robert F. Morris of the Church of Christ officiating. Burial will be at Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
