Lowell C. Albright
July 9, 1918 – May 17, 1969
NILES – Lowell C. Albright, 50, of 2735 Madison Street, was dead on arrival at 9:40 a.m today in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
He was born July 9, 1918 in Darke County, Ohio and had lived her for the past 40 years coming from Ohio. Mr. Albright married the former LaVerne Parent Oct. 21, 1945 in Niles.
Mr. Albright was employed as a car inspector for the Penn-Central Railroad. He was a veteran of World War II.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, David and Richard at home; five sisters, Mrs. Virginia Jarvis, Indianapolis, Mrs. Helen Seitz of Niles, Mrs. Jack Leggett of Buchanan, Mrs. Edward Deslauries of South Bend and Mrs. Dena Burrows of Niles.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Pifer Funeral Home with Rev. Arlan E. Schlundt, pastor of St. John United church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be at Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call in the Pifer funeral Home after noon today.
