Mrs. Laura S. Fox, 82, 410 North Fourth street, expired Wednesday afternoon at her home. She had been in failing health for many years.
She was born July 23, 1864, in Niles and had been a lifelong resident. Her husband Carl died in 1924. Mrs. Fox had been an active member oof the First Presbyterian church here for many years.
Survivors include, a daughter, Mrs. Floyd J. Wood, of Niles, one sister, Mrs. Helen Lowry, Niles; one brother, Carl G. Stebbins, Oskaloosa, Kans.; two grandsons and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral serivces will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Kiger funeral home with the Rev. T.M. Greenhoe, of the Niles First Presbyterian church, in charge. Burial will be at Silverbrook cemetery.
Friends may call at the Kiger funeral home from Friday noon until Saturday noon.
