Marvel L. Weaver, 78, 110 Parkway, Niles, died 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, at home, after an extended illness.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. Born August 21, 1902, in Coloma, she was a lifetime resident of southwestern Michigan.
She was married June 18, 1924, in Niles, to Lynn F. Weaver, who survives her.
Also surviving are a son, Norman D. Weaver, Bartlett, Illinoios; two daughters, Mrs. William (Wanda) Gombosi Jr., Niles, and Mrs. Carol Wine, Niles; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Wojta, Neillsville, Wisconsin.
Mrs. Weaver had 11 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 27, at Grace United Methodist Church. The Rev. Lawrence Lee, visiting pastor at the church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call at Halbritter Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
