Thomas Travick Ill for One Year, Succumbs Today
Thomas Hill Travick, 59, died today at 2:45 a.m. in his home at 416 North Tenth street, following an illness of nearly a year.
He was born in Deveaux, Ga., April 4, 1887. He came to Niles from Chicago in 1919, and had been a brick mason.
He was married Sept. 20, 1919 in Niles . .[illegible] .. survives him.
Other survivors include two sons, Thomas Travick, Jr., at home; Frank Travick, stationed at Almeda, Cal., in the U.S. coast guard; two daughters, Miss Dollie Travick, at home; and Miss Julia Imogene Travick, Chicago.
Funeral arrangements under direction of the Kiger funeral home have not been completed. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
He was a member of Jehovah's Witness church.

Travick Funeral
Services will be held Monday at 3 pm. in the Kiger funeral home for Thomas H. Travick, who died Friday morning in his home. Mr. Abner Mellander, South Bend, member of Jehovah's Witness, will officiate. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
