    In this city, on the 21st instant, Mrs. Melvina Lock, wife of A.E. Fuller, aged 50 years and 6 months.  For twenty years a resident of Niles, Mrs. Fuller had won for herself large place in the affections of the people.  Her end was peace.

Horace J. Boulton

    In the death of Horace John Boulton, 64, at Pawating hospital Thursday afternoon, Nies lost a citizen who had lived here 32 years and the Kawneer company its oldest employe.
    Mr. Boulton died after a brief illness of pleural pneumonia with which was stricken Saturday.
    He came to Niles from Chicago 32 years ago.  He had been employed in the Kawneer plant for nearly 30 years, joining the organization a few weeks after it was established here.
    F.J. Plym spoke of Mr. Boulton this morning in terms of highest commendation.  "The company appreciated Mr. Boulton and his fine loyal service extending over nearly 30 years." Mr. Plym said, "Mr. Boulton came to the Kawneer when the company employed about 12 men and had continued in its service until the time of his last illness.  He was always reliable and dependable."
    Mr. Boulton, who lived at 117 North Tenth street, was born in Nottingham, England, June 20, 1872.  He came to Niles from Chicago in 1904 and two years afterward stared work for the Kawneer, where, prior to his death, he was in charge of rolling machine production.
    Beside his wife, Mrs. Lucy Boulton, to whom he was maried[sic] in Chicago in November, 1902, he leaves two sons, Irving and Leslie H., both of Niles; two brothers, William, of Chicago, and Albert, Niles, and a sister, Mrs. Gertie Mellien, Lake Geneva, Wis.
    Friends are asked to call at the Rutherford mortuary until Saturday noon when the body will be removed to the First Baptist church, of which Mr. Boulton was a member. It will lie in state there from 1 to 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, the hour of the funeral.  The Rev. J.F. Goodman will officiate and burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.

Louisa Kingston

    Mrs. Louisa Kingston, 52, of 1802 North Fifth street, died at 12:10 o'clock Sunday morning at Pawating hospital following a several month illness.
    Born in Sutton Middlesex, Eng., Mar. 3, 1884 Mrs. Kingston moved to Niles about 35 years ago from Bay City, Mich.
    She was twice maried[sic], the first time to Herman Wurz, who died in 1919.  In 1926, she was marired[sic] to Dan Kingston in Niles.
    Beside her husband she leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rchard[sic] Shipperley, Detroit; one son, Ray L. Wurz, Cleveland; seven brothers and one sister, Albert and Robert, Flint, William, Elmer, Arthur and Neil, Detroit, James, Niles and George of Buchanan; also four grandchildren.
    Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Price and Kiger chapel with the Rev. Thomas Rice, of the Buchanan Methodist church, officiating.  Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.  The body will lie in state at the Kingston home until 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon.  Friends may call at the home.

Teresa (Wedel) Fuller
1879-1918

    The many Niles friends of Mrs. Bradley Fuller learned with deep regret of her death which occurred Saturday at the Michigan State hospital, Van Dusen building, Kalamazoo, where she had been for about six months.
    Mrs. Fuller was formerly Miss Teresa Wedel of this city, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wedel.  She was born in Niles in 1879.  In 1898 she was united in marriage to Bradley Fuller, who died just nine months ago next Saturday after two weeks' illness with heart disease. The death of Mr. Fuller came as a great shock to the devoted wife who had for several years been in ill health and three months later she suffered a complete collapse and was taken to the hospital for treatments.  She was considered to be improving rapidly and her Niles relatives who had recently visited her, had been encouraged to hope that she would soon be restored to her former health.  However, Saturday afternoon she was found dead in her room.
    The body was brought to Niles Sunday morning and taken to the home of her brother, William Wedel, North Eleventh street, who resides on the old homestead.  The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the house.  Interment will occur at Silver Brook cemetery. Rev. Paul Saffran will officiate.
    Mrs. Fuller is survived by one sister, Mrs. G.W. Zimmerman, North Eleventh street, and by two brothers, William of his city and August Wedel of San Francisco, Calif.  Mrs. Wedel, mother of the deceased, died just three months ago yesterday.  The brothers and sister have the sympathy of many friends in the bereavements which have so recently come to them.

    Mrs. Bradley Fuller committed suicide Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the State hospital in Kalamazoo, the particulars of which are not forthcoming.  Before her marriage she was Teresa Wedel, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wedel of Niles.  Mrs. Fuller had been at the hospital since last July 27,  Born in this city in 1879, she was married to Bradley Fuller and the husband died nine months ago. He will be remembered as a photographer, located in the Mrs. B.F. Earl building in West Main street, this city about four years ago, and they moved to Kalamazoo.
    Mrs. Fuller leaves a sister, Mrs. G.  W. Zimmerman, of Niles, and two brothers, William of this place and August of San Francisco, Cal.
    The body was brought to Niles yesterday forenoon, to the home of a brother, Wm. Wedel of 1325 North Eleventh street, where funeral services will take place tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Paul Saffran of St. John's church to conduct the services.  Interment at Silver Brook cemetery.

BRADLEY FULLER

    The funeral services for Bradley Fuller, whose body was brought to Niles last evening from Kalamazoo, were held this afternoon from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gus Zimmerman, 1205 North Eleventh street, Mrs. Zimmerman being a sister of Mrs. Fuller.  Rev. Phelps conducted the services.  Interment occurred at Silver Brook cemetery.  Among those from out of the city who accompanied Mrs. Fuller to Niles with the body were the parents of the deceased, his three brothers, and two sisters, and Mrs. Best and other friends and relatives

Niles News in Brief: DEATH LITTLE GIRL

Irene Frances Fuller, four years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fuller, 1342 S. Brookfield street, died at 9:10 last evening in Pawating hospital, where she had been a patient for two weeks. The cause of death was tubercular meningitis. The child was born on July 1, 1925. She is survived by her parents and three brothers, as follows: Wallace, eight, Orville, six and Franklin, two weeks. Mr. Fuller is employed in the signal division of the New York Central. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock in the home. The Rev. W.W. Slee, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be made in Silver Brook cemetery.
