Carol Chamberlin Obituary
Carol Ann Chamberlin, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2023, in Niles, Michigan. Born on December 29, 1946, in Long Island, New York, she was the cherished daughter of the late Chester and Elanor (Olski) Scibek.
Carol was a woman of many talents and interests. She had a love for travel, with Branson being one of her favorite destinations. Carol also had a passion for crocheting, a skill she honed over many years. One of Carol's most cherished pastimes was baking for her family. She took great joy in creating delicious treats that brought smiles to the faces of her loved ones. Her kitchen was a place of warmth and love, filled with the sweet aroma of her baked goods. For over 20 years Carol spent time painting ceramics with her friends. She loved making ceramics and giving them to friends and family as gifts. Many of them still have items that they cherish to this day.
Carol is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas Chamberlin, and their loving son, James Chamberlin. She was a pillar of strength and love in their lives, and her memory will forever be etched in their hearts.
Funeral services to honor Carol’s life will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Brown Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery in Niles.
