Mrs. Verna S. Wolf, 69, of 2548 Yankee street, died at Pawating Hospital at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday following an illness of five days.
Mrs. Wolf was born in Marshall County, Ind., on Sept. 8, 1885, and came here from Rochester, Ind. 53 years ago. She married John M. Wolf on Nov. 24, 1903.
She was a member of the Evangelical Church at Prairie Grove, Ind.
Surviving, besides her husband, are four children, John Dale Wolf, Mrs. Kenneth Martin,and Mrs. Joseph Coffman, all of Niles, and Mrs. Ray O'Blenis, of Rochester; two sisters, Mrs. Ivan Fenstermaker and Mrs. Donald Wagoner, both of Niles; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchlldren.
Friends may call at the Kiger Funeral Home where services will be held at 2 p.m Friday with the Rev. J.W. Hill, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
