Glen Kugler, 79, of 2615 S. 13th St., died at 7:35 a.m. today in Pawating Hospital. Death came after a one-day illness.
Mr. Kugler was born Dec. 24, 1888, in Marion, Indiana and had lived in this area all his life. He was the former owner of Kugler's Restaurant and of Kugler's Beach Resort at Barron Lake. He was a member of the Elks Lodge, 1322 and the Table Top organization.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Pearl K. Wyburn, Niles, and Mrs. William Nielsen, La Habre, Calif., and nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are incomplete at the Pifer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.

Funeral services for Mr. Glen Kugler, 79, of 2615 S. 13th St., who died Monday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Pifer Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Cunningham, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
