Funeral services for Gertrude A. Freyer, 77, of 1645 Regent St., Niles, are at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Episcopal Church in Niles, by the Rev. Steven L. Schuneman, pastor.
Burial will follow at Silverbrook Cemetery in Niles.
Mrs. Freyer died at 12:55 a.m. Wedensday at Pawating Hospital in Niles following an extended illness.
Mrs. Freyer was born May 21, 1913, in Niles, and was a lifetime resident . She was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church.
On Jan. 12, 1935, in South Bend, Ind., she married Charles T. Freyer, who survives her.
Also surviving are two daughters, Patricia Hough of Drayton Plains, and Suzanne Bridges of Niles; a son, Michael Freyer of Brantford, Ontario, Canada; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles. Memorials may be made to the church discretionary fund.
