WORD RECEIVED
Word has been received by Mrs. G.S. Pridavka, 17 S. 10th St., of the death this morning of Mrs. David (Prudence) Levinson, at her winter home at Hollywood, Fla. She had been in failing health for the past two and a half years.
Mrs. Levinson, a former Niles resident, is survived by her husband, David; a son, William O. Lagoni, Benton Harbor; two grandchildren, Lance and Ruth Lynn, both of Niles, and several brothers and sisters. A son Ditlef J. Lagoni, Jr., preceded her in death.
Arrangements are being made for the body to be returned to Niles for services and burial.

LEVINSON RITES SET
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Kiger and Halbritter Funeral Home here for Mrs. Prudence Levinson, 68, Hollywoood, Fla., and Niles, who died Thursday morning at her Florida home following an illness of two years. Mrs. Ralph Freed, Christian Scientist reader, will officiate.
Friends will be received at the funeral home beginning Sunday afternoon.
Mrs. Levinson was born Oct. 3, 1891, in Marshall County, Ind., and came to Niles from South Bend. She moved to Florida four years ago, but had maintained a summer home at North Fifth street and Kinzie Creek road. She was a member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist, the Order of Eastern Star and a former member of the Niles Business and Professional Women's Club.
Surviving are: her husband, David; a son, William O. Lagoni, Benton Harbor; two grandchildren, Lance and Ruth Lynn Lagoni, Niles; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Ellis and Mrs. Mammie Gray, both South Bend, and four brothers, Gus Morris, Walkerton, Ind., Roy Morris, Gaylord, Ben Morris, Alto Pass, Ill., and Harry Morris, South Bend.
