Graveside services will be held at Silverbrook Cemetery Tuesday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Alfred Deeds of Bethel Apostolic Tabernacle for Ruth Butts Fisher, 92, of Plant City, Fla. Fisher, who had lived in Niles for over 50 years, died of natural causes Thursday, Nov. 25 at South Florida Baptist Hospital, Plant City.
Born in Baroda on March 25, 1907, she was a homemaker.
On August 27, 1947, in Benton Harbor, she married Dr. E.R. Butts who preceded her in death in 1963.
Surviving family includes: two sons, Roy Gaul of Plant City, Fla., and Gerald Gaul of Niles; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
