Mrs. Lottie M. Doehrer, 55, 1307 Wayne St., died Wednesday at 10:05 p.m., in her home after being ill for 19 months.
A life-time resident of this area, Mrs. Doehrer was born in Antrim County, Sept. 1, 1912.
She is survived by two sons, Peter E. Mark Jr. and Dennis Doehrer, both of Niles; a stepson, Myron Doehrer of Niles; two grandchildren and three sisters, Mrs. Mabel VanSickle of St. Joseph; Mrs. Ethel Place of Buchanan and Miss Laura L. Scofield of Niles; a brother, Everett Scotfield[sic] of Niles; and two half-sisters, Mrs. Carrie Byrom of Allegan and Mrs. Jennie Schoenfelder of Stevensville.
Upon family requests, all memorials may be given to the Berrien County Cancer Fund.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m., in the Halbritter-Swem Funeral Home with the Rev. Raymond C. Cunningham of the First Baptist Church officiating.
Graveside services will be in the Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday after noon.
