Frank E. Sommer, 75, of 18 1/2 east Main street, died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday in the Quick Convalescent Home following an illness of three years.
Sommer was born Feb. 12, 1878, in Bertrand Township, and lived in this community his entire life . . .[illegible] . . . his retirement. Surviving is a sister . .[illegible].
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Kiger Funeral Home with the Rev. Herbert Meussling, pastor of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed Church, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
