Mrs. Kathrine M. Anthony, 67, of rural route two, Niles, died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday at Pawating Hospital after a two-year illness.
Born Sept. 9, 1887 at Livingston, Ala., she came here from Chicago in 1929. Her husband, Walter M. Anthony, died Oct. 4, 1946.
Survivors are a son, Walter Anthony, Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Fred Tankersley, New York City, N.Y. and Rufus Tankersley, Birmingham, Ala., and two sisters, Mrs. Maehue Woodruff and Miss Fannie Lee Tankersley, both of Niles.
Friends may call at the Kiger Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday by the Rev. Richard Alexander. Burial will be at Silverbrook Cemetery.
