Herman Mattick, aged 77, Dies at Berrien
Herman Mattick 77, of 1350 Ferry street, died at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Berrien county hospital, Berrien Center, after four years of illness.
A retired farmer, he came to Niles from near Berrien Springs six years ago. He was born in Germany on May 28, 1867.
He is survived by his wife, Amelia.
Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home. Rites will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. H.Lee, pastor of the New Apostolic church. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
