Delano S. Marston, 77, a retired carpenter and lifelong resident here, died at 4 a.m. today at his home at 310 Cass street. He had been ill for several years.
Marston was born Feb. 24, 1873, in Niles township. Surviving are his wife, Viola, three sons, Carl, of Albuquerque, N.M., Joseph, of Niles and Harold, of St. Joseph; and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Kiger funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. T.M. Greenhoe officiating. The body will be cremated.
