Daniel Ranft, died at his son's residence in West Niles, yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the advanced age of 83 years. Daniel emigrated from Germany to his country 30 years ago, and since that time has resided with his son. he had many friends to mourn his loss.

Ernst Ranft, father of E.L. Ranft deid at the residence of his son on Tuesday last and was buried on Thursday a large number of friends following him to his final resting place.
