NILES--Mrs. Bernice V. Vetter, 82, of 512 Union St., died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday in Pawating Hospital after an illness of one month.
Born Aug. 16, 1892 in Niles, she lived here all her life. Her husband, Clarence J. Vetter, died June 20, 1953.
Mrs. Vetter was a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church, a life member of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Past Matrons' Club, and a member of the Pawating Hospital Auxiliary.
Surviving are two sons, Gale K. Vetter of Boulder, Colo., and Donald R. Vetter of Washington, D.C., and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Trinity Episcopal Church, with the Very Rev. Vincent J. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
