Christine Landeck, Near B. Springs, Dies Here Today
Mrs. Christine Landeck, 45, Route 2, Berrien Springs, died at 12:50 this morning in Pawating hospital after an illness of 11 days. Death was attributed to coronary thrombosis.
She was born Aug. 29, 1896, at Chicago, Ill., and lived near Berrien Springs for the last five years.
Mrs. Landeck leaves her husband, August; a daughter, Dorothy Mae, at home; a son, George, Niles; a grandson, Larry Landeck, Niles; five sisters, Mrs. Theresa Moscato, Shelby, Ind., and Mrs. Barbara Crohn, Mrs. Estelle Nelson, Mrs. Anna Burke and Mrs. Helen Cieplak, all of Chicago, and two brothers, John and Nicholas Baumann, both of Chicago.
Funeral services for another brother, George Baumann, were held Monday in Chicago.

LANDECK FUNERAL
Services for Mrs. Christine Landeck, 45, Route 2, Berrien Springs, who died Tuesday morning in Pawating hospital after an illness of 11 days, will be held at 10:30 Friday morning in the Rutherford funeral home. The Rev. Father Joseph Rochford will officate. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.

LANDECK RITES
Services for Mrs. Christine Landeck, Route 2 Berrien Springs, who died Tuesday, were conducted this morning in the Rutherford funeral home by the Rev. Fr. Joseph Rochford Burial was in Silverbrook cemetery. Pallbearers were Joseph Vogelsang, Walter Schmidt, Frank Wise and Harry Briney, all of Niles; Paul Brohman and Forest Miller, both of Berrien Springs.
