Mrs. Stella Bishop Dies After Illness
Mrs. Stella Bishop, 70, died at the Berrien county infirmary at 1:25 Tuesday afternoon following a seven months illness of cancer. She was removed to the infirmary from Niles Dec. 12. The deceased was born August 4, 1863 in Niles and was the widow of Manley Bishop who died about two years ago.
Mrs. Bishop is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Blimpka and Mrs. Dinah George, Niles, a stepbrother, Roy Ervan, River Bluff, and a grandson, Carl Moore, Niles.
The body was brought to the Price and Kiger funeral home where funeral ...[illegible]. .Thursday afternoon with the Rev. Robert E. Meader officiating. Burial will follow in Silverbrook cemetery.
