Cady, Ex-Teacher, Stricken; Burial Here Thursday
Ed Cady, 73, who formerly lived in the Niles vicinity, died Monday night in his home in Ludington.
Cady was born in 1871 north of Niles. He taught in the Hatfield and National schools.
Surviving are the widow, the former Grace Ullrey; a daughter, Mrs. Zane Fairchild in Nebraska; three grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Ella Blodgett, Ludington.
Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery Thursday afternoon at 5.
