William George Muff, 65, of 3006 Detroit Road, died at 11:45 p.m. Saturday in Pawating Hospital following an illness of one year.
An employe of Tyler Refrigeration Corporation, Muff was born Jan. 16, 1891, in St. Joseph and had lived in Niles since 1938. Survivors are: his wife, Florence; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Hojara and Mrs. Betty Falkner, both of Niles; two sons, Arden and Duane Muff, both of Niles; two sisters, Miss Jennie Muff, of Waterford, Wis., and Mrs. Elizabeth Imler, of Benton Harbor; two brothers, Charles Muff, of St. Joseph, and Henry, of Benton Harbor, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Pifer Funeral Home with the Rev. John G. Carlton, pastor of Trinity Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
