Kurt Wiemer, 70, of 1529 Michigan Street, died at 11:50 p.m. Thursday in Pawating Hospital where he had been a patient since Aug. 21.
Mr. Wiemer, a retired printer, was born April 6, 1887, in Germany and came from that country in 1923 to make his home in this community. Surviving are: his wife, Elise, and two brothers in Germany.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the New Apostolic Church with the pastor, the Rev. Hugh Lee, officiating. Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery. Friends may call at the Pifer Funeral Home.
