Lolmaugh, Chester
Chester Lolmaugh, 64, of 2370 Yankee St., was pronounced dead on arrival at Pawating Hospital, Dec. 20, 1962, at 7:35 p.m. Thursday. Death was attributed to a probable heart attack. Mr. Lolmaugh a former employee of Simplicity Pattern Co. and a farmer was born Nov. 4, 1898, in Argos, Ind. He came to Niles 30 years ago.Survivors include his wife, Sara; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur Juroff, Kokomo, Ind.; a son, Eugene, Mesa, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. Jeanie Vance, South Bend, Mrs. Joseph Eaglebarger, Argos, and Mrs. Lucy Steins, Los Angeles, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.He was a veteran of World War 2, and was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans and a member of the American Legion.Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in the Pifer Funeral Home. the Rev. Edward Schantz, pastor of the First church of Christ Christian, will officiate. Committal rites conducted by the American Legion will follow in Silverbrook Cemetery.Friends will be received at the funeral home after noon Saturday.
