Mrs. Josephine Wurz, 320 Pokagon street, died at 1:40 p.m. Monday at the age of 90. She had been in poor health for a short time.
She leaves three sons, Herman and Edward, of Niles, and Frank, of Mishawaka, Ind., five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wurz was born in Detroit on Oct. 14, 1858, and came here from Detroit when she was 14 years old.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic church. Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home, and services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Cletus Rose at St. Mary's church. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
