Mrs. Bertha Smith, Niles, Dies in Florida
Mrs. Bertha Smith, 79, of 609 North Fifth street, died on Sunday in Orlovista, Fla., according to word received by Niles relatives.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert Apted, Niles; a sister, Anna Visel, Niles; a brother, Charles Visel, Niles, and George Visel, Evanston, Ill.
The body will be returned to Niles for funeral services and burial.

Rites Here Sunday for Mrs. Bertha Smith, 79
Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Smith, 79, of 609 North Fifth street, who died Sunday in Orlovista, Fla., will be held at 2:30 Sunday at St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church with the Rev. Theo Eisen in charge. The remains will arrive at the Rutherford funeral home at noon Friday where friends may call until Sunday noon. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
