Anna Shouder

Anna Shouder, rural route, Berrien Springs, passed away at 6:24 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Krause, Berrien Springs, after an illness of a few hours.
Her husband, Carl, died in 1944, and she leaves a son, Fred Shouder, Niles; two grandsons; one brother, August Trockenbrod, of Niles, and William Trockenbrod, of Elkhart, Ind., and Charles Trockenbrod, of Reeder, N.D.
Mrs Shouder was born on April 20,1872, in Ypsilanti, and came here from Three Rivers. She had lived here most of her life.
Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Theo. Eisen, pastor of St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery. Mrs. Shouder was a member of St. John's church.
