Mrs. Minnie Schuh Maxon, 63, of 1619 East Michigan street, passed away today at 3:05 a.m. at Pawating hospital, after an illness of three weeks.
She leaves her children, Raymond Schuh, Elkhart, Ind.; Orville, of Argos, Ind.; Cletus E., of Niles; Clifford, Fort Monmouth, N.J.; Walter, Michigan City, Ind.; Mrs. Claude Martin, Mishawaka, Ind.; and Mrs. Lee Jeffries, of Argos; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren, and one brother, Zeph Davis, Niles.
She was born in Nickerson, Kan., May 18, 1883, and came to Niles from Plymouth, Ind., 24 years ago.
Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home. Services will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Hugh M. Lee, of the New Apostolic church and burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery. Mrs. Maxon was a member of the Apostolic church.
