Among survivors of Iris Deane Smith, still-born daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Smith, 612 Fort street, who died on Sept. 6, are her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerold Kane, rather than Mr. and Mrs. Harold Kane, as erroneously announced previously.
