MRS. W.A. ROSELIP CLAIMED BY DEATH
Private Service Today for Resident Who Had Lived Here 50 Years
Private funeral services were to be held at 4 o'clock this afternoon for Mrs. Mary C. Roselip, 72, a resident of Niles for more than 50 years.
Mrs. Roselip died at 12:10 o'clock Sunday morning at her home, 409 South Fifteenth street, after a four months' illness of heart trouble.
She was the wife of William A. Roselip, whom she married in 1910 at Kalamazoo. She was born in Springfield, O., Sept. 5, 1863, and was brought here by her parents when she was two and one-half years old.
She was married here in 1884 to James Callighan, who died in 1893. She lived in Kalamazoo from 1907 to 1926, when the family returned to Niles,.
She was the mother of Ward Callighan and Mrs. David Williams, Niles, Mrs. Robert Bamburg, Chicago, and Olin Callighan, Kalamazoo, all of whom survive. There are 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The Rev. T.O. Lee was to officiate at the service today and burial was to be in Silverbrook cemetery.

Niles News In Brief: ROSELIP RITES MONDAY
Services were conducted Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Rutherford mortuary for Mrs. W.A. Roselip, who died Sunday morning at her home, 409 south Fifteenth street. The Rev. T.O. Lee officiated and members fo the family acted as pallbearers at the private servcies. Burial was in Silverbrook.
