Louise K. Martin, 404 West Main street, died at 3:50 a.m. today in Pawating hospital, after an illness of three years.
Surviving are her husband, Walter D. Martin, and their children, Walter M., of Detroit, Carl F., of Plymouth, Mich., Mrs. Dorothy Steinbauer, Niles, Mrs. Annie Rowley, of Flossmoor, Ill., nine Grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Martin was born in Stuttgart, Germany, on April 6, 1876, and came to Niles from Germany when she was seven years old. She had lived the remainder of her life here, and had taught summer school at the First Evangelical United Brethren church for 30 years.
Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home. Services will be conducted at the EUB church at 3 p.m. Monday by the Rev. G. A. Steeby. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
