Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tueday in the Pifer Funeral Home for Sheri Marie VanSicklen, 1 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David VanSicklen, 1121 Marion St., who died at 10 p.m. Saturday in Pawating Hospital after being stricken with meningitis. The Rev. Richard Fraser, pastor of St. John's United Church of Christ (Evangelical and Reformed), will officiate and burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery.
The child was born on Nov. 2, 1960, in Los Angeles, Calif. Surviving beside the parents are: a brother and sister, David Martin and Robin Lynn, at home; the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Van Sicklen, Santa Monica, Calif., Mrs. Marjorie Lein, Niles and Stanley Lien, Benton Harbor and the great grandparents, Mrs. Olive F. Meyers, Niles, Mr. and Mrs. David Croff, Holton, and Mrs. Mae Lein, Berrien Springs.
Friends are being received at the funeral home.
