The following video is of the Flag Day 2025 ceremony commemorating the history of our nation's flags. Featuring our local Elks club, Boy Scouts, and the heartfelt words by Gretchen Bertschy. The new flagpole is in honor of Major Leon R. Bertschy II, USMC.
In May 2024, the office got a facelift with a new front door and paint on the trim!
After many years of waiting for an improved map, it's finally here! Many thanks to Zach Holt, City of Niles Dept. of Public Works Assistant Superintendent, and his Autocad skills.
In addition to all the new graves clearly marked, you will see blue taps where you can fill your milk jugs so you can clean the headstones on your visit.
