NILES--Mrs. Augustina Macevicius, 81, of 251 Cass St., died at 3:44 p.m. Sunday at Pawating Hospital, following an extended illness.
She was born April 14, 1898 in Schaulen, Lithuania, and had lived here since 1951, coming from Germany.
In September, 1930, she married Antanas Macevicius in Schaulen, Lithuania. He died Nov. 4, 1979.
Survivors include three sons, Tony Mace of Detroit, Leo Macevicius of Niles, and Emil Macevicius of Depauw, Ind.; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Halbritter Fuenral Home with the Rev. Theodore Laesch of St. Paul's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be at Silverbrook Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
